I didn’t have a ton of time to overthink it, so I was relieved when the fit was right and the boots were clearly authentic. Smooth order overall, and I’d buy from them again.

I had to send back a ski jacket because I picked the wrong size, and the whole return process was simple, the label and instructions were easy to find and there weren’t any weird extra steps or annoying long forms to fill out. Once they received it, my refund showed up a few days later, and support actually replied like a normal person instead of sending some copy-paste response, so yeah I’d order from them again, no stress.
